That vampiro match vs pentagon jr was garbage. All this hype about this bum ass company makes me laugh. That match was slow pace, lack of weapons use, sloppy wrestling, vampiro is old af, and that chockeslam was poop. What a shame that even older niggas like terry funk and mick foley would put on better matches then this dog shit. Another "hyped" match that didn't live up to its hype just like necro butcher vs super dragon. I respect Lucha underground and like certain stuff they put out but they are not the best wrestling on TV, I'm sorry. Didn't match up to a cena match on raw or a nxt match. Best thing going for Lucha is john Morrison and jack Evans. They're mostly a story promotion and they need to work on their structures in matches. Oh and Melina. I would destroy her. I respect your opinion but I think all of the hype centers around the ending and how much of a shocker it was. The match itself was not a good wrestling match and at the end of the day it didn't have to be because No DQ matches rarely are. The ending is why people liked it so much. For a show that has story, the match should've been good. They're trying to compete with other company's, both Indy and wwe because unlike some Indy company's, they have story. Edge vs mick foley is a perfect example, they formed a team together after that match just like how vampiro joined along side with pentagon but the match was still good and foley was still old at the time and still is, obviously. Fans over hype the spots, that's what caught the viewers attention at most but not for me. And thank you bobby for actually making a comment to defend what you like. |

No one has to care with what I think about Lucha, I've been watching wrestling long enough to know they ain't worth the hype. Nxt and john cena matches are still the best thing on tv right now. However, I am giving them credit as to what they are good at and o wouldn't consider them Indy because they have a developed product and it seems they are invested in a lot of story and matches but i personally think they lack on a lot of things and people hype it up like if it's the only time a certain thing happened. Like I said, Morrison, Melina, and jack Evans.

I honestly loved the match based on how they built it up and i felt like it really delivered but also liked the post-match as well as it brought a shock to the crowd and shocked me in a way too. I honestly loved LU because it brings a different flavor to my taste of wrestling and it really hooks me in as well....I think Mundo fits in perfectly with Lucha Underground, not sure about Melina just yet and same with Jack Evans but I'm still glad i get to see Evans regardless. Lucha Underground is probably the best thing on TV right now wrestling wise except for NJPW on AXS TV imo. That's just me at least but everyone's got their own opinion... |

I think it's cool the way their style is different. Almost as similar to tna In 2002. I'm Just ranting about the company's hype, the match, and quality because it wasn't reaching my expectations. Morrison is a huge play with them and I like how they use most Hispanic wrestlers that were in tna/wwe. It's just the hype doesn't build to my Interest. |
