Over here in Australia in the independents Wayne "The Maniac" Mattei came out of retirement which he was in for a year or 2 and now has won (on his first match back in wrestling) the NWA Australian title. Also Tommy Dreamer came down here and wrestled for the AWF and will be holding a seminar tomorrow.

Recently I have been getting more into Chikara. Man what a great company. I am watching all the Podcast a go go. Don't get me wrong I have been a Chikara fan for a while but I haven't been an insane fan.

Chikara is something special. Its not for everybody but once you make a connection with that company it last forever. People say PWG and ROH are the best wrestling going today but in my own biased opinion and I'll stick by it Chikara has the best storylines and the best wrestlers in the world. I was absolutely crushed when they closed their doors around this time last year because I knew I would not love wrestling as much as I did when they were putting out shows. I'm very passionate about this company its the only company I have complete years of in my DVD collection and I'm beyond excited for them to return if I had the money id be there front row and I'm half way across the states, this is gonna be an amazing year for this company and I can't wait.
