I bought a Rey Mysterio from RSC and the hand broke off so easily. What do I do? Any Suggestions? Email them? How? Please help I've never been in these type of situations.  |

Phone or email them, then they usually ask for the figure back then they send a voucher.

RSC won't give you a refund. Or at least that's what they told me awhile back. Me too. Especially because it looks like you bought a loose figure, EXW. They don't refund those. I'd just try and glue the hand back in. |

I threw away the packaging and receipt once I got it. Yeah, what I'm saying is if he bought it loose from Ringside they can't refund it, because all the loose figures they put up are figures people have returned. |
