This is the thread for all things related to the hand fed shows do in between PPV's. These aren't very frequent, so don't expect a lot of updates.
4-13-13 Saturday Night Smackdown- This show was to be Pre-most of the matches on backlash. IDK Why I did it like that, but here's the build to some of the matches.
Opening the show with Wade Barrett declaring that the US Title will no longer be of value to him, and declaring himself the very first European champion. Along with his counterpart Drew McIntyre.
Drew McIntyre lost to the debuting Justin Gabriel, and was attacked by Edge with a vicious spear from behind.
Edge states that WCFW keeps hiring too much talent and they're forgetting some of the best stars they already have, him being included. Hes sick of being let in the dust and took advantage to the new and youngest talent to teach him and the WCFW a lesson.
Vince McMahon, Mike Inferno, Eric Bishoff and Teddy Long awarded Shawn Michaels the greatest and longest reigning Intercontinental Champion in WCFW History. When surprise Stone Cold "Steve Austin" came out cleared house and seemingly "Declared War" on the HeartBreak Kid Shawn Michaels for the IC Championship. Will Austin be HBK's downfall at Backlash when he faces Shelton Benjamin?
Johnny Nitro Picks up a big win over Ultimo Dragon Via Moonlight Drive, Star-ship pain combo.
Mark Henry Successfully defends his Hardcore Championship against Elijah Burke backstage.
Rey Mysterio Vs Dolph Ziggler No. 1 Contenders for Euro Title, Double count out both get put in.
John Trademark Enters the Arena and states that he's been in a bad mood since Wrestlemania, and even worse when he found out he'll be defending his title in a fatal 4 way at Backlash. He also stated just cause Taker and Jeff won matches they don't deserve to face the best. But Eric Bishoff gave him the chance to pick two of his opponents to face tonight in the main event. He then chose Jeff Vs Mankind in a No DQ matchup.
Kofi Kingston Vs Christian, Kofi Came out with a mystery man, whom Kofi just called "Taj the Destroyer" His real name though is undisclosed. Kofi ended up picking up this victory over 1 half of the Tag Team Champions. "Taj" Had not done anything the whole time, came in with Kofi and left. Seemed very interested in everything Kofi did in the ring though.
Jeff Vs Mankind No DQ match, Mankind picks up the victory, Him and Mankind have a staredown and the show closes.
