I've used the tna toybiz head and the jacket for mine. You have to cut the jacket off but nothing a little super glue won't fix. I used some eg Jericho pants aswell but those were extremely tight fit.
Also use the whole elite 4 kane body and just swap the forearms with a random big show.

try an Undertaker head and cut some of the hair off (but so it still looks even) and mold on a mask
