It can go on (I think) but sometimes doesn't look right. I'm not 100% sure though.

Yes, but you when you take it out there should be a ball joint connecting the head to the neck. You can remove it with a fork.

Yes, but you when you take it out there should be a ball joint connecting the head to the neck. You can remove it with a fork. It's also quite easy to remove with pliers. If you don't wanna go around possibly breaking forks. Up to you.

R3 heads work. TTL you have to mod. Ruthless work but may be too big. TNA Jakks are too big.

yea I do it all the time!! use a blowdryer on the head for 1 minute 30 seconds the push up below the chin.
