It can go on (I think) but sometimes doesn't look right. I'm not 100% sure though.

Yes, but you when you take it out there should be a ball joint connecting the head to the neck. You can remove it with a fork.

Yes, but you when you take it out there should be a ball joint connecting the head to the neck. You can remove it with a fork. It's also quite easy to remove with pliers. If you don't wanna go around possibly breaking forks.  Up to you. |

TTL you have to mod.
Ruthless work but may be too big.
TNA Jakks are too big.

yea I do it all the time!! use a blowdryer on the head for 1 minute 30 seconds the push up below the chin.
