If you watch enough ROH to be able to answer this question, lets hear what you think. After a bit of thought, this is my list:
1) Kenta Kobashi vs. Samoe Joe
2) El Generico vs. Kevin Steen - Fight Without Honour
3) Davey Richards vs. Tyler Black
4) Davey Richards vs. Michael Elgin
5) Kenta vs. Bryan Danielson
Thats just my opinion on the matter, I love all of those matches so much.
