Spent about a day or two working on this so far, with a little help from my niece. This will be for my outside shows, beginning with Meltdown. Here's a WIP shot, I'll post more pictures as I progress.  The Titantron - I wanted to give it kind of a reflective effect, so I went with silver spray paint.  |

Use printed designs.
Edit: Use spray paint for big parts of cardboard. It'll make the coverage equal and it'll dry really nicely. Also, if you put matte sealer over the painted cardboard, it'll look great. Use a box cutter when cutting cardboard, or else the edges look really rough. Do that or put masking tape over them and then paint it. Then it'll look great. I'll make you a cool looking ZCW logo if you want me to when I get home.
