"As expected, former WWE Superstar Alberto Del Rio appeared during Sunday night’s AAA’s TripleMania pay-per-view in Mexico. Del Rio appeared in the opening segment and used his new ring name – El Patron. Del Rio’s father Dos Caras Sr. was also with him in the ring. Del Rio cut a promo and claimed that WWE was racist and said that although he’s no longer working there, he still has pride and dignity. Konnan and his heel stable came out and tried to take out Del Rio but he took them all out.
Rey Mysterio also appeared via video package at the very end of the AAA pay-per-view saying he would be seeing the AAA fans “soon”: That basically confirms that he’s leaving WWE as soon as he’s able to."

I'm not surprised to see him go, but it's true that just because he's leaving AAA that doesn't mean his knee problems will stop. The FreeRey hashtag is trending though.

Am I the only one that will miss Rey? I mean, yeah he wasn't doing anything but he is a legend. I'll def miss him and will check out his stuff in AAA along with Del Rio

I agree with Harrison. Rey has done a lot in the 12 years he's been with WWE, and it's sad that I won't get to see him on my TV at all now. He was always one of my favourites.
